As a member of Zimbabwe Internet Services, you will receive a password
with your account. You alone are responsible for maintaining
the confidentiality of your password. Furthermore, you are
entirely responsible for any and all activities that occur
under your account. You must immediately notify Zimbabwe Internet Services
of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach
of security known to you.
Modification of Services & Terms of Service
We reserve the right to change the terms and conditions of
this agreement at any time without prior notice. Any changes
will be posted on this page and it's your responsibility to
review any changes to this agreement.
If you continue to use our services after the effective date
of such changes, we will assume your acceptance of the changes.
By accepting this Agreement, you hereby acknowledge and agree
that, we may modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently,
any of our Services at any time without prior notice.
You agree that we will not be liable to you or to any third
party for any modification, suspension or discontinuance of
Services.
MEMBER CONDUCT
You are solely responsible for the contents of your transmissions
through Zimbabwe Internet Services. Your use of the Service is subject
to all applicable international laws and regulations.
Members may not use the Service to send chain letters, junk
mail or spam or to communicate with any person who has not
given specific permission to be included in such communications.
You agree that you will not use our Services to conduct any
activity or solicit the performance of any activity that is
prohibited by law or by regulatory authorities.
You should not use our services to Harass, Impersonating and
falsifying one's identity and other fraudulent purposes. You
further agree that you will not use our Services in any way,
which could, overburden or impair our Services.
We reserve the right, at our discretion, to deny access at
any time to users who breach our policies or cause other abuses
which impair our Services. You should not upload, post, email,
otherwise transmit, or post links of any Content, or select
any member or user name or email address, that is unlawful,
harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, tortious, defamatory,
vulgar, obscene, pornographic, libelous, invasive of privacy
or publicity rights, hateful, or racially, sexually, ethnically
or otherwise objectionable.
You should not upload, post, email, otherwise transmit, or
post links of any Content that promotes illegal activity,
including without limitation the provision of instructions
for illegal activity. You agree that you are responsible for
all Content that you upload, post, email or otherwise transmit
via our services.
Zimbabwe Internet Services does not control third party Content.
We do not guarantee accuracy and quality of third party Content.You
agree that any material obtained through Zimbabwe Internet Services is
done at your own discretion and risk. Zimbabwe Internet Services will
not be responsible of the damaged caused by such material.
Domain Registration
You understand and acknowledge that you will have to pay an
annual registration fee per domain name to your designated
registrar to maintain the registered status of each domain.
Once a domain is registered in your name, you are considered
the owner of the domain, and assume all responsibility for
any and all trademark disputes, infringements, maintenance
fees or other obligations or liabilities related to the domain.
We will not participate in any way in any dispute between
you and any party other than us regarding the registration
and use of your domain.
Check the spelling of the domain you wish to register before
submitting your interest. Mistakes can not be tolarated. You
would have to register again if you mis-spell. No refunds
will be awarded for the mistakes.
Hosting and Websites
The customer will fully indemnify Zimbabwe Internet Services against
liability (of any nature), which may befall Zimbabwe Internet Services
as a result of the customer's illegal use of our services.
Monthly bandwidth allowance is stated as unlimited. However,
if we feel that a customer is using excessive amounts of bandwidth,
and is affecting the service we provide to our other customers,
then we reserve the right to cancel their hosting package
and offer them a full refund less any domain name registration
fees.
Refunds are only available, if the level of service provided
to the customer by Zimbabwe Internet Services, is determined unsatisfactory.
No refunds are available if the customer wishes to cancel
their account for any other reason. Zimbabwe Internet Services is
not responsible for any interruption of service, and accepts
no liability for any loss of services, sales or any other
form of loss.
Privacy
We will not release any confidential information about you
without your consent or as required by law or regulatory authority.
You acknowledge that some of your contact information will
be attached to your domain(s) and will therefore become publicly
available.
Copyrights and Trademarks
Our Website is Copyrighted by Zimbabwe Internet Services and its
parent corporation,Beegee Productions. You are not allowed
to copy, modify and in other ways, use material from this
website without written permission. Trademarks or copyrights
of Third parties mentioned on our Website are copyrights of
their respective owners.
Termination
We reserve the right, to suspend or terminate your access
to our Services because of inactivity or if you breach our
terms of services.
